Jacqueline Saidi Chishimba

Jacqueline is an award winning and international expert in Leadership, Wealth Creation, Communication and Strategy. With 29 years ‘experience, Jacqueline combines communication, strategy and project management to build strong, high achieving teams, individuals and projects. She is an experienced and certified leadership trainer, mentor, entrepreneur and budding philanthropist.

Jacqueline is the Director for Strategic Communication and Partnerships at the Public Private Dialogue Forum where she brings expertise in development communication and partnership support skills. Prior to joining the PPDF, Jacqueline founded iSanitize, a Non-Governmental, not-for profit development organisation working to advance best practices of hygiene and sanitation among school learners and young women in Zambia. She is also the founder and Lead Consultant for Brand-Line Africa Limited, a communication and media consultancy firm which has been operational for 17 years.

Passionate about learning and sharing knowledge, Jacqueline is currently pursuing PhD in Knowledge Management. She holds an MBA in Leadership and Wealth Creation from the University of Lusaka and Innovation and Entrepreneurship MBA Study Certificate from Galilee International Management Institute in Israel, Professional certificate in Ethics and Work Place Advisory from the United Nations World Food Programme, Office of the Ombudsman in Italy, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with Communication and Marketing from the University of Namibia, degree in Business Administration with Project Management from Cavendish University Zambia, and an advanced diploma in journalism and media relations from Evelyn Hone College of Applied Arts and Commerce-Lusaka and the Nordic Centre for Journalism-Namibia.

Creative and innovative with excellent management skills, Jacqueline continues to travel extensively for both work and academia. She has worked in private, public and international organisations, including the United Nations at senior level. Jacqueline is the current Chairperson for the Movement for Community Led Development- Zambia Chapter, a global movement anchored by The Hunger Project, Chairperson of iSanitize, Board Member of the Corporate Social Responsibility Network of Zambia, and Board Member of the Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation.

Jacqueline describes herself as focused on the well-being of human beings, especially women, youth and children, realistic, God loving, motherly and a change agent in Zambia and the world.
